I couldn't tell it was a "reconditioned" tool. It is good for the money. A local Harbor Freight was about $5 more expensive for a similar tool, so price is about right.
The drill itself came with a tool bag which was a nice bonus. The drill is strong and powerful and sometimes gets away from me on small tasks. I have to hold on tight since the torque is very high. I haven't used the hammer drill function much but it the one time I did, it was fine for the job and drill a hole much faster than my non-hammer drill. Can't complain. If you need a hammer drill, this is a good tool. The only con I think of is that the switch for reverse and forward drilling is small, I wonder how it will hold up over time. Then again I'm replacing one that had a big switch and the big switch broke....
